When Country Road Group was purchased by South Africa’s Woolworths, they came under the umbrella of the Good Business Journey, one of the world’s leading sustainability strategies.
I was involved in helping the Country Road Group team localise the strategy for the Australian retail apparel market, then launch it into the business via an event, explanatory collateral and 12 month employee engagement program.
This also inlcuded an Instagram campaign encouraging employees to ‘find the heart’ in their every day.
